I am a UK-trained psychotherapist working with clients globally. My approach is grounded in the belief that our past experiences shape how we see ourselves and relate to others and that understanding these patterns can help us break cycles that no longer serve us. I work integratively combining psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and humanistic approaches, tailoring therapy to each individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. Alongside deeper self-exploration I provide practical tools to help manage anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we create a safe, supportive space for growth, healing, and reconnection with your authentic self. My work is guided by values of inner freedom, balance, and authenticity, helping you build resilience and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with who you are.
